Summer Job Positions

FRONT DESK

Greet guests upon their arrival to the resort and check them into the resort reservation system. Their duties include providing excellent customer service, relaying any information about hotel amenities, and helping hotel guests find their rooms.

*Experience Required
CHEF

Oversee all kitchen staff, food preparation and cooking activities as well as supervise activities and instruct cooks in preparation, cooking, garnishing and presentation of food.

*Red Seal not required
HOUSEKEEPING

Responsible for taking care of the resort cleanliness to provide tidy and sanitary amenities to guests and residents. Duties include cleaning floors, making beds and dusting surfaces throughout the resort accommodations among other miscellaneous cleaning duties throughout the resort.

SERVERS

Responsible for taking orders from restaurant patrons and delivering their food to them. Duties include romancing the menu to customers, communicating with kitchen staff and other front of house staff, bringing food to the appropriate tables and general cleaning duties.

*Experience is an asset
GROUNDS KEEPER

Performs regular and directed grounds and landscape maintenance by mowing lawns, landscaping and other grounds duties by hand or utilizing proper tools and equipment. Other duties may include things like setting up, adjusting, repairing, and cleaning around the grounds of the resort.
