Dear Alpine Meadows Guests,
If you’ve been watching the news or following Drive BC, you might have some concerns about getting to our beautiful resort this spring.
Seasonal conditions (due to our eclectic spring weather and BC’s post-winter roadwork) have impacted some of the routes to Alpine.
But don’t worry! We are ready for your visit, and want to make sure you get here as easily as possible.
To that end, this is the most up-to-date information on travel to Alpine Meadows:

We recommend driving through Clearwater. This is the preferable route, although please note that the road may be rougher than usual this time of year. It’s also a good place to stop along the way and stock up on road trip treats…
The “slow” route via Barriere is open, but is not recommended due to road conditions (and length of time it takes to get here!).
The Little Fort route is currently closed as a result of a recent mudslide, but it should reopen later in the season. We’ll keep you posted.
All travel information and recommended routes are updated on our website. Find out the best way to get here and start your amazing North Thompson vacation.
We can’t wait to see you. Come on up!
The Alpine Meadows team
